Arunkumar Pillai is the Chief Executive Officer of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), leading key initiatives aligned with India’s Skill India Mission. With over two decades of experience, he has held leadership roles across the skills ecosystem, including Director General & CEO of NAMTECH and Chief Strategy Officer at NSDC, where he drove impactful initiatives like Skill Impact Bond and NSDC International. He also brings consulting expertise as a former Partner at Ernst & Young and earlier roles at PwC and IL&FS Skills. An engineer with an MBA from IIM Bangalore, he combines strategic vision with deep execution experience in education and workforce development.
